From the shy, quiet, or elderly pet to the energetic, social, or active pet – The Spaw’s caring team provides the attention, exercise, and whole solutions that each guest needs and deserves. We want to put your mind at ease when your family member is staying with us.

Our team practices intentional listening which our clients feel genuinely cared for when it is clear we are listening to them. We ask questions and take action based on what we hear from our clients. As a team, it is important for us to make the experience a hassle-free one. Resolving even minor annoyances can have a big impact on our clients and guests.

The Spaw has been keeping dogs and cats clean and beautiful for more than 20 years here in Tustin, California, but that’s not all that we do. Owner Carrie Hyde has devoted her entire life to the health and well-being of every dog and cat that comes through our doors.
